ASSIGNMENTS: The Management reserves the right to shift space assignment
after the contract has been signed if they find it necessary to do so.
Space is leased with the understanding that the Exhibitor will hold Management
harmless from any liability and/or damage, which may result.MULTIPLE
SPACE SELECTION: Multiple space selection are permitted.
BOOTH
FEE: ARTS & CRAFTS $60.00 / Commercial: 200.00 (This is not
an applicant for food vendors).
1.
Exhibitors must provide their own setup/equipment.
2.
Spaces will be assigned prior to the Arts & Crafts Show and
you will be sent your assignment and map beforethe
show.
3.
Exhibitors must provide at least two slides/pictures and a description
of work with your application.
4.
No pets allowed in booth spaces.
5.
BOOTH FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Make check payable to: A Day In The Country
Festival.
6.
Exhibitors may sell only work in the categories for which they have been
accepted. All work displayed must be made by the exhibitor(s) represented
on
the application. A Day In The Country Festival reserves the right
to reject any entry found not to be in compliance with these rules. No,
food or beverages (food vendors only), manufactured/imported items (exception
Commercial vendors) or any other items ruled inappropriate will be allowed.
7.
Sales taxes must be charged on all sales and Exhibitors are responsible
for collecting and turning in all applicable taxes.

A
Day In The Country Festival cannot accept responsibility for lost,
damaged, or stolen merchandise.
9.
Booths must be staffed at all times during operating hours.

No vehicles will be allowed in the exhibiting area during the Arts &
Crafts Show.
11.
Booth space CANNOT be sublet to another exhibitor without prior approval
of A Day In The Country Festival Office.
12.
Exhibitors are encouraged to provide flyers/business cards to hand out
to visitors.
13.
Exhibitors must be "open for business" at all times during advertised
operating hours.
14.
Standard tents/tarps may be used; however, all guidewires must be contained
within your assigned booth space.
15.
The Commercial Exhibitor shall furnish a certificate of insurance covering
liability, personal and property damage in the amount of $500,000.00. Exhibitor
must notify Festival at least two (2) weeks prior to the show of its insurance
status.
16.
In case the space should not be available for the uses herein specified
due to war, government action, act of God, fire, strikes, labor disputes
or any cause beyond the control of Festival, this agreement shall terminate.
In such event the Exhibitor shall and does hereby waive any claim to damages
or any recovery thereof except pre-paid leases, less pro-rate share allocable
to the actual expenses incurred by Festival. Should Festival in its sole
discretion, consider it advisable not to hold the show at the time and
place herein provided, Festival may, with this option, terminate this agreement,
return the sums paid by the Exhibitor for the space(s) with not further
liability. Upon written notice to Exhibitor, Festival shall have the right
to change the date and location of the show. If it is determined that the
Exhibitors merchandise, product or business methods is offensive or considered
inappropriate, the Festival reserves the right to terminate this contract
and Exhibitor will be removed from the grounds.
17.
This agreement is made in, and shall be construed in accordance with the
laws of the State of Georgia.
